Registration Fees

WEA 2026 has three different registration fees: Paper, Abstract and Attendant fees. All information is detailed below.

PAPER REGISTRATION FEES

Full paper (Springer CCIS) registration fees

  1. Regular paper registration (includes one registered author):  USD 435 – COP 1’650.000
  2. Sponsor paper registration (one registered author from UD, Area Andina, UNAL, UTP or U. Externado): USD 385 – COP 1’450.000
  3. Paper length is 12 pages maximum. Additional page fee is USD 60 – COP 210.000 per page (max 3 additional pages)

Discounts for additional paper registration (already registered author) and final submission deadline – July 4, 2026 – FINAL !!!

Only valid for extra papers from an already registered author. For instance, an author who wants to register two accepted papers must pay a full registration fee for the first paper and a discounted fee for every additional paper.

REMARK: To apply discounts, additional papers MUST be registered in the name of an already registered author which implies that only one author will present the papers and certificates will be prepared according to. No changes in presenters will be allowed.

Extra student author registration fees – Deadline: September 19, 2026

Only valid for extra students who want to register as authors of a paper. For instance, when an author has succesfully paid the full registration fee of a paper and a second student author of the same paper wants to register as author of that paper. DISCOUNT VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 19, 2026 !!!

  1. Extra paper student author: USD 220 – COP 825.000
  2. Extra paper student sponsor author: USD 190 – COP 725.000

ABSTRACT REGISTRATION FEES

Abstract (for inclusion into WEA 2026 Book of Abstracts) registration fees

  1. Regular abstract registration (includes one registered author):  COP 500.000
  2. Sponsor Abstract registration (one registered author from UD, Area Andina, UNAL, UTP or U. Externado):  COP 415.000
  3. Abstract length is 6 pages maximum. Additional page fee is COP 105.000 per page (max 3 additional pages)

Please follow the following steps for WEA 2026 payment registration fees:

  • Click on “Agregar detalle del pago” and include the ID of your paper

WEA 2026 accepts payments in Colombian pesos COP only, so please pay in COP – your bank will automatically process your payment in your currency.

Please DO NOT pay in USD or other currencies.
